Do you charge for shipping?
Domestic USPS shipping is always free of charge. Orders shipping outside of the US are charged based on weight and delivery country.
How will my item be shipped?
We ship via USPS Priority Mail within 24 hours of your order being placed unless an item is clearly marked as backordered. You will receive a tracking number via email when your shipment goes out.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we use USPS for international shipments, which will transfer to your local carrier after it passes through customs. Orders shipping outside of the US are charged based on weight and delivery country. Duties required on arrival are the responsibly of the receiver (that's you). Please contact your local carrier if you have any trouble receiving your shipment.
Do you accept exchanges or returns?
Yes, if you would like to return or exchange your item, please contact us for a shipping label within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges will be sent out once your item is received at our returns center. Returns will be processed and refunded less the return shipping charge after items are carefully inspected to ensure they are scratch free and unworn.
What if my item is damaged?
In the rare case of quality issues or damages during shipment, please contact email@example.com with a picture of the damaged product and we will handle the matter immediately.
